Flexible Account Management
AppointmentsOnCall.com offers complete client flexibility in setting each client's available hours, days, holidays, vacations and special days.  Each client can have multiple sub-accounts for each individual within the company, and each individual can specify standard appointment length and the number of simultaneous appointments. 

Customized Forms
Each individual client and sub account can customize the questions to be answered by the person taking the appointment and determine which questions are required to complete the appointment.  Customized information can be supplied to the appointment taker regarding the client's location and driving directions, including a map, business description and special instructions.

Information on repeat callers is stored in the database so that the agent can quickly fill in form fields simply by knowing the caller's name and phone number.

Extensive search capabilities allow clients and appointment takers to locate a caller's complete appointment schedule. 

After the caller's information has been displayed, the appointment taker can then view a list of the currently available appointments for the next several days, or they can select a specific time and date for the appointment.
